1991 Playmates "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Mike the Sewer Surfer action figure measures approximately 5" tall. Note the yellow "New" starburst. Encapsulated and graded 8.5 by AFA.

Accessories include Surfboard, The Crab, Sewer-Shark Buddies, Water Wheel and belt.

The "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" capped off the childhoods of '80s kids and got the children of the '90s started off right. Released in both 1990 and '91 - the "Disguised Turtle" sub-set includes all (4) turtles.
