Index card measures approximately 3" x 5" in size and has been hand-signed and inscribed in black ink-pen by PFC (Private First Class) Arthur J. Jackson (D. 2017, Medal of Honor, x2 Purple Heart).
Captain Arthur J. Jackson was a United State Marine who received the Medal of Honor for his actions on Peleliu during WWII. PFC Jackson single-handedly destroy a dozen enemy pillboxes and killed 50 enemy soldiers. Jackson was the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the Battle of Peleliu.

Doolittle Scholarship Fund was founded to assist college students by awarding one scholarship annually in the maximum amount of $5,000 to a deserving student who is pursuing a baccalaureate or advanced degree in aeronautical engineering or an aerospace science. Students are selected based on their scholastic achievement, school and community participation, demonstrated leadership potential and financial need.
