This pair of Under Armour baseball cleats were used during by Trea Turner during his 2016 MLB rookie season. The shoes show heavy use and each is hand-signed and inscribed "GU 16" in silver paint pen by Trea Turner.

2016 was Trea Turner's rookie season. He was called up on June 3, 2016, for a three-game series against the Cincinnati Reds. He went 3-for-3 with a walk in his first game at the major league level of the season.

Turner won the Major League Baseball Rookie of the Month Award in the National League for his performance in August 2016, hitting .357 on the month with five home runs and 11 stolen bases. He finished second in National League Rookie of the Year Award balloting.

Turner Hit for the cycle on April 25, 2017.
