In 1972-73 Robert Chase proposed the concept to Dali of picturing himself as the 20th century Leonardo da Vinci, giving the world what he imagined the future would hold. Knowing that Dali admired da Vinci greatly as a thinker and a creative genius, still, was not adequate preparation for his reaction. Dali rolled his eyes as indication of an extraordinary epiphany, and (please imagine an outrageous French-Catalan accent) he loudly exclaimed, "Fantastique! Bravo! Dal-i create the fu-ture.

The work of Salvador Dali (1904-1989) is associated with the surrealist movement of the 20th Century. A diverse and multi-talented artist, Dali is considered one of the most collected artists today, and his works offer an incredible opportunity for enormous appreciation in value. In addition to his original works, Dali produced works on paper for reproduction using dry point, etching, woodcut, and lithography. Many of his works are held in prestigious museums, private and public collections world-wide.

Salvador Dali description of Liquid Tornado Bathtub:

This is fantastic! If you want to bathe, you pick up your radio phone and call for your captain. Momentarily, that will appear in the sky a special helicopter (drone) which can create a vortex. At your will, there is released from the helicopter a miniature water spout which we can pilot where we wish. The waterspout comes down and cleans your body. It contains special cleansing substances so that we can bathe without a bathtub. No receptacle, and no other device. We are now fresh and clean. The helicopter goes away and we go out to dinner.

Salvador Dali vision of the future is very 2018 what we are experiencing today the radio phone mention is the cell phone in the center of the art is a portable computer as envisioned by Dali. In the bathtub is a man working on the computer And of course there is a naked woman showering under the Drone. All on a remote surrealistic landscape
