Rivera has led the majors 3 times in saves in 1999 (45) 2001 (50) and 2004 (53). Rivera has recorded at least 25 saves in every season from 1997-2011. Rivera is a five time World Series Champion and was awarded the 1999 WS MVP award and the 2003 ALCS MVP award.
