Photo measures 16" x 20" in size and depicts the infamous 1969 black cat incident. Some superstitious fans attribute the Cubs collapse to an incident at Shea Stadium on September 9: a black cat (an omen of bad luck) walked behind the Cubs on-deck circle where captain Ron Santo was standing.
The photo has been hand-signed in blue felt-tip pen by 7 members of the 1969 Cubs. The autographs include Fergie Jenkins (HOF), Don Kessinger, Paul Popovich, Nate Oliver, Jimmy Qualls, Al Spangler & Ken Rudolph. The autographs include an official Schwartz Sports hologram and COA for authenticity purposes.
