Hall of Fame postcard has been hand-signed in blue ink pen by Jimmie Foxx (D. 1967, Athletics, Red Sox HOF). Autograph has been graded (PSA 8).

During his playing days, Foxx was a nine time all-star, three-time American League MVP, two-time American League batting Champion, four-time American League home run leader, and three-time American RBI leader. In 1933, he led the league in batting average, home runs, and runs batted in a feat which earned him the triple crown. In 1951, he was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
