This authentic Mark Messier jersey matches the style and design of the jerseys that the Oilers wore on the road during the 1980s. This jersey is complete with the CCM patch on the back of the jersey and the "A" to designate the alternate captain, as well as the fight-strap. Messier was born in Edmonton in 1961 and was drafted 48th overall by the Edmonton Oilers in 1979. An extremely talented forward and leader, Messier was a major factor in the five Stanley Cups the Oilers won during the 1980s. Messier has signed vertically on the first #1 on the back of this authentic CCM blue jersey in black paint. Messier's signature was witnessed under UDA's Five-Step Authentication Process.
