Babe Ruth Signed Hand-Written Letter from a Fan Inscribed "Sincerely" (PSA Encapsulated)

Piece measures approximately 5.25" x 6.75" in size and has been hand-signed and inscribed "Sincerely" by Babe Ruth (D 1948, Yankees HOF). The autograph has been graded NM-MT 8 by PSA/DNA.

The letter is dated 1934 and written to Babe Ruth by a fan requesting an autograph. The fan writes “Dear Mr. Ruth, I collect the signatures of great and well known people. As you are well known it would give me great pleasure if you would send me yours. Please write your name on the bottom of this letter. I am, Respectfully yours, Alfred Kaiser – I thank you very much for your kindness.” Babe Ruth fulfilled the request with a beautiful signature.

Babe Ruth, nicknamed "the Bambino" and "the Sultan of Swat", played Major League Baseball for the Red Sox, Yankees, and Braves over his 22 season career (1914-1935). Ruth was a 7x World Series Champion and 12x AL Home Run Champion. Ruth's career slugging % of .690 is a record that still holds today. He finished his iconic career with a .342 batting average, 2,873 hits and 714 Home Runs.
