Original Vintage Contract leasing land for the construction of the White Stockings (later renamed White Sox) playing field. Contract is dated March 15, 1900, and may be the earliest existing White Sox memorabilia. Hand signed in ink pen by Charles "Old Roman" Comiskey, founding owner of the White Sox (HOF, D 1931), and Ban Johnson, founder and first President of the American League (D 1931). Comiskey signed the document three times.
