Photo measures 16" x 20" in size and is hand-signed and inscribed in black felt tip pen by LeRoy Butler. Butler added "Puntrooskie" along with the date of the iconic play "9-17-1988" as well as hand-drawing the play on the helmet. Butler also added a drawing of the scoreboard showing 1:33 left in the 4th quarter with the score tied 21-21.

"Puntrooskie" is one of the most remembered trick plays in college football history. With 1:33 left in the fourth quarter and the game tied, Florida State faced a fourth-and-four at its 21. The Seminoles lined up in punt formation. The ball was snapped upback Dayne Williams. LeRoy Butler then was slipped the ball between his legs from behind and ran 78 yards to set up the winning field goal. FSU went on to win the game 24-21.

Butler is credited with inventing the Lambeau Leap. He was selected to the Pro Bowl 4 times and was named to the NFL 1990's All Decade Team.

The autograph includes an official Pristine Authentic tamper proof hologram and matching COA for authenticity purposes.
