This drawing is from Dali’s personal original manuscript. It details his personal address in 1935 "101 Rue de lat Tombe Isoire Paris 14" next to his signature. It also has a self portrait Dali with flowing hair , cape, and angel wings holding a skewer of  various items on the upper right portion of the drawing. Very Surrealistic depictions.  Thoroughly Authenticated.

 

This Rare drawing in excellent condition previously kept in the Paris collection of Surrealist poet Paul Eluard and author of the Surrealist Manifesto , gifted by Dali to his close friend and first husband of Dali’s wife Gala. It was sold at Sotheby's , the world’s largest auction house on June 30, 1976. It has recently been accepted by Sotheby’s for the prestigious 2015 Impressionist and Modern Day Sale. Pristine Auction has been selected to auction this art before Sotheby’s. Paper measures 10.5" x 8.5". Drawings were created for his book and in preparation for the painting "Banlieue de las Ville, Paranoyaque-Critique". Framed with acid free archival materials .

 

Piece includes a letter from Peter Lucas of the Appraisers Association of America for authenticity purposes. Also includes a copy of the original auction listing in Sotheby’s catalog.
