"Aluben" is an original mixed media painting on paper by Martin Quen, hand signed by the artist. Includes Letter of Authenticity. Measures approx. 30" x 44" (border), 16" x 36" (image). There is a small tear on the bottom-left edge of the border, and faint smuding that may be concealed when framed.

Martin Quen was born 1968 in Atlanta and from a young age studied the works of Rothko, Matisse and Kandinsky. By the time he was eighteen, Quen was emerging as in internationally recognized graffiti artist.

Over the years, his work has softened, with more emphasis on sophisticated compositions accented by bursts of color. Constant creativity and intriguing design has landed Quen’s work in both national and international art collections.
