1910 "Won in the Ninth" hardcover book. Hand-signed in black ink pen by Christy Mathewson (D. 1925, New York Giants, HOF).

Presented here is a beautifully signed first edition Christy Mathewson 1910 book "Won in the Ninth". Mathewson's elegant script is found at the bottom of the 3x4" card, which holds a typed attribution to its original owner and a "16" serial number. Book remains tightly and the signature presents in very high quality. Mathewson's untimely death in 1925 has his signature at the top of any baseball collector's wish list.

The lot / autograph(s) includes an official James Spence Authentication (JSA) hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
