All 1963 five dollar United States Notes have a red seal which can be found on the right hand side of the bill. These same notes also have a serial number printed in red ink. Abraham Lincoln is the center portrait and The Lincoln Memorial is on the back of the bill.
The phrasing on 1963 five dollar bills is slightly different from 1928 and 1953:
“United States Note, The United States of America, This Note Is A Legal Tender For All Debts Public And Private, Five Dollars”
