Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Signed 1934 Harridge OAL Baseball (PSA LOA)

Official American League Baseball hand-signed by Babe Ruth (D 1948, HOF) & Lou Gehrig (D 1941, HOF).

Babe Ruth, nicknamed "the Bambino" and "the Sultan of Swat", played Major League Baseball for the Red Sox, Yankees, and Braves over his 22 season career (1914-1935). Ruth was a 7x World Series Champion and 12x AL Home Run Champion. Ruth's career slugging % of .690 is a record that still holds today. He finished his iconic career with a .342 batting average, 2,873 hits and 714 Home Runs. 

Lou Gehrig played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball for the New York Yankees (1923-1939). Gehrig was an All-Star for seven consecutive years and a 6-time World Series Champion. He held the record for most consecutive games played (2,130) for 56 years until Cal Ripken Jr. surpassed this number in 1995. Gehrig ended his career with a .340 batting average, 2,721 hits, 493 home runs and 1,995 runs batted in. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1939 and was the first MLB player to have his uniform number retired.
