This is a hand written letter by Jackie Robinson on his personal stationary (with picture of Jackie in the top left corner) and it comes with the original envelope which is postmarked Dec 7, 1949 which was the year Robinson won the MVP. The letter reads "Dear Doctor, I am sorry about the delay but I thought the bill was taken care of. Hope everything is fine with you and yours. Sincerely Jackie Robinson". The autograph at the conclusion of the letter has been given a perfect grade of gem mint 10! This is one of the nicest Jackie autographs you will see! The letter measures 7.25" x 10.5". It was folded in thirds to fit in the envelope which measures 7.5" x 4".
The autograph includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
