Theodore Roosevelt & William Howard Taft Signed 15x20 Authentic 1904 Document (PSA LOA)

This is a rare document signed by 2 Presidents Theodore Roosevelt (D. 1919) and William Taft (D. 1930). Taft signed this document as the Secretary of War under Roosevelt. The document is promoting Robert C. Richardson to serve as Second Lieutenant of Cavalry. Two areas of paper loss to the left of Taft's signature have been professionally repaired and the loss affected only two words of text and grazed Taft's signature.

The autograph includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
