THIS BEAUTIFUL WORK OF ART LADY BLUE, HIGH PRIESTESS OF THE TAROT CARD SUITE IS A COLORED LITHOGRAPH. IT IS NUMBERED ON ARCHES FRANCE PAPER WITH THE DALART, N.V. BLIND STAMP. THE TOTAL TIRAGE OF THIS OUTSTANDING SURREALISTIC PIECE IS 720.

IT IS CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC IN MICHLER-LOPSINGER PLATE 1516 PAGE 168 AND FIELD 79-10 PAGE 185.

This Tarot Card image is titled Lady Blues. The lithographs are after Dali’s original gouaches. According to Stan Lauryssens who wrote a book titled “Dali and IL The Surreal Story” in 2008, in 1974 Dali was commissioned to make a full deck of Tarot Cards

Lot includes new unopened complete 78-piece Dali Tarot card set depicting the High Priestess Lady Blue (see image). Also includes a descriptive booklet about Lady Blue and how the creation of the Tarot suite was achieved.
