Signed by 35 members of the 1969 Super Bowl 4 Champion Kansas City Chiefs. Autographs include Len Dawson, Willie Lanier, Jan Stenerud, Hank Stram, Otis Taylor, Fred Arbanas, Bobby Bell, Cesar Belser, Bert Coan, Ed Budde, Curley Culp, Tom Flores, Dave Hill, Robet Holmes, E.J. Holub, Chuck Hurston, Jim Kearney, Jackie Lee, Mike Livingston, Ed Lothamer, Jim Lynch, Willie Mitchell, Mo Moorman, Morris Stroud, Frank Pitts, Ed Podolak, Gloster Richardson, Johnny Robinson, Jack Rudnay, Glodie Sellers, Nolan Smith, Bob Stein, Gene Trosch, Jerrel Wilson and Curtis McClinton.

The piece is also hand-signed by the artist, Ted Watts.
