In 1955 Picasso moved his home and Studio to La Californie in Cannes, located in the south of France. This art serves as a time capsule of the great artist’s life on a specific date in November of that year in his studio.

This lithograph is an exact fine art print of the pencil, pen and ink sketchbook he created from November 1st, 1955 to January 14th, 1956. Each Lithograph is individually dated and unsigned. It puts into the hands of the art lover the early interpretation of Picasso’s thought process and models prior to the painting process of a kind usually accessible only to the artist's close friends. This is an opportunity to purchase a very scarce and beautifully reproduced lithograph for a fraction of the price of other Picasso limited editions priced from $10,000 and higher.

Pablo Picasso (D 1973) is considered one of the most important artists of 20th century. Before the age of 50, the Spanish born artist had become the most well known name in modern art, with the most distinct style and eye for artistic creation. There had been no other artists, prior to Picasso, who had such an impact on the art world, or had a mass following of fans and critics alike, as he did.
