Jersey was game used by Carson Palmer during his 2003 Bengals rookie season. The collar tag displays 02-48 indicating use early in the 2003 season. The jersey is hand-signed on the back number by Carson Palmer.

Palmer played college football at USC and won the Heisman Trophy in 2002. The Cincinnati Bengals, for whom he played eight seasons, chose him with the first overall pick in the 2003 NFL Draft.

The jersey include an official Shane Matthews Collection COA from Celebz Direct for authenticity purposes. The jersey was given to Shane Matthews directly by Carson Palmer. Matthews and Palmer were teammates with the Bengals in 2003.
