Official Major League Baseball hand-signed and inscribed on the sweet spot in blue ink by Felix Hernandez (Mariners).

On August 15, 2012, Felix Hernandez threw the 23rd perfect game in Major League Baseball history against the Tampa Bay Rays in a 1–0 victory at Safeco Field. It was also the first perfect game in Seattle Mariners franchise history.

The autograph includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching COA for authenticity purposes. The signing of this item was witnessed by PSA.
