Rawlings Official Major League Baseball. Hand-signed and inscribed in blue ink pen by David Ortiz (Red Sox, Twins). Baseball was game-used on September 12th, 2015 by Jackie Bradley and C. J. Riefenhauser.

David Ortiz is a nine-time All-Star, a three-time World Series champion and he holds the Red Sox single-season record for home runs with 54, set during the 2006 season. He is the all-time leader in MLB history for home runs (485), RBIs (1,569) and hits (2,192) by a DH. Ortiz has hit 541 career home runs, which ranks 17th on the MLB all-time home run list.

The autograph includes an official Fanatics hologram for authenticity purposes as well as an official MLB authentication hologram authenticating that the baseball has been game-used.
