This harmonious Olympics Commemorative Medallion is made by authorization of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad. This gold-plated copper commemorative medallion has a diameter of 55 mm, and has a ten-petal like shape. It's front side includes images of the emblem and mascots for the XXIX Olympiad against a background of water, bamboo, fire, hillside, and clouds that are related to the origins of mascots including river & sea, forest, Olympic flame, mountains & earth, and sky. It's back carried the image of the emblem for the XXIX Olympiad together with texts in both Chinese and English.

This unique medallion carries an anti-counterfeit label for the Beijing 2008 Official Licensed Product, and has been authorized by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.
