Custom framed jersey display measures 35" x 39" in size. Features a vintage Mitchell & Ness jersey that has been hand-signed in blue felt-tip pen by Sandy Koufax (Dodgers HOF). Please note there is surface damage to the frame and the glass has been cracked in the upper left and right portion of the frame, see photos for details.

The autograph includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
