Created exclusively for the release of Dali's Surrealistic Book of Gastronomy "Les Diners de Gala Suite lithographs with Etching measures 28" x 33" in size and has been hand-signed in pencil by artist Salvador Dali.The 6 Lithograph s are limited editions and have been hand-numbered # E.A. There is an exclusive black etching at the bottom of " Spoon on Crutches. The black and white photo of Dali is from the Diners with Gala book of Dali in 1971 with his models in the background. Each lithograph has been authenticated and signed on the back by Bruce Hochman.

Rare great condition with gold foiled embossed dust jacket published in Paris, France in 1973 by Felicie, Inc. Magnificent color, . Original artwork for book completed in 1971. Book was a collaboration between Dali and wife Gala. Dali wrote: "When six years old I wanted to be a cook."

Twelve chapters. 12 "hors-texte" specially designed by Dali. 55 recipes illustrated in color, 21 of the recipes prepared by the leaders of French gastronomy: Lasserre, La Tour d'Argent, Maxim's and Le Buffet de la Gare de Lyon.

Coffee table cookbook measures 8.75" x 12.25" x 1.5".
