William Nylander is an up-and-coming NHL center for the beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. At the 2015 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship, Nylander finished fifth in tournament scoring. Nylander has strong stick skills and has shown that he can put the puck in the net at any level. In 2013, Nylander was a member of Team Sweden at the World U-17 Hockey Challenge where he helped his team take home the gold medal. Nylander comes from a renowned hockey family with his brother, Alex Nylander, also getting drafted in the first round and his father, Michael Nylander, recording 920 games over a 15-year NHL career.
