Signed by Joe Petruccio and Joe Namath. Namath also added the inscription of his nickname "Broadway" along with his signature.

The piece is a limited edition artist proof and numbered AP #4/5. The piece also includes a hand drawn sketch of Namath done by the artist, Joe Petruccio.
