Leather jacket replica has been hand-signed by Evel Knievel (D. 2007).

Evel Knievel, whose real name was Robert Craig Knievel Jr., was an American stunt performer and daredevil who gained worldwide fame for his death-defying motorcycle jumps and stunts. He was born on October 17, 1938, in Butte, Montana, and passed away on November 30, 2007, in Clearwater, Florida.

During his career, Knievel attempted over 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps, often over cars, buses, and other obstacles. Some of his most famous jumps included the fountains at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Snake River Canyon in Idaho, and 13 double-decker buses at Wembley Stadium in London.

Knievel's stunts were not always successful, and he suffered numerous serious injuries during his performances. Nevertheless, he became a pop culture icon and a symbol of courage and audacity. He even had his own line of toys and merchandise, and his performances were often televised, captivating audiences worldwide.

Evel Knievel's legacy lives on as his name continues to be associated with fearless stunts and the pursuit of one's dreams, regardless of the risks involved. His influence on modern-day stunt performers and his impact on popular culture are still remembered and celebrated.
