Ross Chastain Signed NASCAR Martinsville Speedway “The Hail Melon” Full-Size Helmet (PA)

Full-size replica NASCAR helmet is hand-signed on the visor by Ross Chastain.

During the Martinsville playoff cutoff race, Chastain made a seemingly impossible move on the track to propel himself into the Championship Four. During the final lap of the race, Chastain accelerated into the turn 4 wall. The momentum carried him to a record breaking lap time while he passed several cars at the line. The move dubbed “The Hail Melon” has now been banned by NASCAR.
