It exhibits NM-MT quality throughout, while the engraved plaque reads "Junior Seau San Diego Chargers AFC Linebacker of the Year 1994 Mackey Award National Football League Players Association." It is one of the most attractive awards presented by the NFLPA. Trophy was displayed in Seau's restaurant until 2012. 1994 was the Chargers Super Bowl year, adding a little more attractiveness to this award.
