This coin is an uncirculated, genuine, mint condition, bronze, Irish one penny coin. It is known as the Lucky Irish Penny. The design was first used in 1928, shortly after the formation of independent Ireland. This coin was minted in 1968, the very last year in which this large penny design was made. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
