Cleveland Indians Vs World Series program and the first World Series in which an African American pitched has been hand-signed by (4) with Lou Boudreau (D. 2001, Cleveland Indians, HOF), Warren Spahn (D. 2003, Milwaukee Braves, HOF), Johnny Sain (D. 2006, Boston Braves) and Bob Feller (Signed twice, D. 2010, Cleveland Indians, HOF). Please note, there is scuffing, staining, creasing and tears as well as edge and corner wear on the program.

In the 1948 World Series, Satchel Paige of Cleveland would become the first African-American to pitch in a World Series.
