Original giclee on canvas measures 30” x 40” in size and has been hand-signed by Phil Collins (HOF), as well as the artist, Malcolm Farley.

Phil Collins and Malcolm Farley have joined forces to help the Grammy and MusiCares Foundations. This incredible painting is numbered and signed by both Malcolm Farley and Phil Collins. A true masterpiece that you will both enjoy and that at the same time makes for a great investment.

Malcolm Farley - The Internationally acclaimed artist is renowned for his visions of color and unique ability to capture the moment, the action, and the spirit of the event. In his distinctive painting style, Malcolm blends bold strokes and vibrant colors with the drama of some of the world’s most memorable moments. Malcolm started painting at the age of eight. Particularly fascinated with the energetic drive and aura of athletes, Malcolm an “all-everything athlete” himself grew up painting the world’s greatest baseball, tennis, football, and hockey stars. His numerous successes have included various Olympics, Academy Award festivities and an ongoing presence in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. In the last five years alone Malcolm has painted live at the US Open, Super Bowls, The World Series, PGA Events, Stanley Cup Championships, and the All-Star Games for the National Basketball Association. In addition, he has painted live on stage for the likes of Mikhail Gorbachev and for musicians such as B.B. King, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, David Sanborn, and Carlos Santana, and was commissioned to paint The Sopranos cast party. He has created marine and wildlife paintings for distinguished museums and aquariums. This world class artist is also a well-known philanthropist who has created memorable art and tile walls for children’s foundations, hospitals, sporting event centers and libraries across the country.

Phil Collins - A natural performer, Collins attended stage school, and was soon playing in London’s West End as the Artful Dodger in the musical Oliver. The cheeky Cockney image from Dickens came naturally and would stand him in good stead during his future successes. He soon formed a band called The Real Thing and played his first gigs. He was playing with anyone he could, and eventually joined a group called The Freehold after being the only one to reply to their Melody Maker advert. The Freehold saw Collins make his recording debut with a self-penned number called “Lying Crying Dying,” the original demo of which has just recently surfaced.

After a while, supporting John Walker of The Walker Brothers, Collins and his guitarist friend Ronnie Caryl formed Hickory, who soon found themselves with a concept album, the backing of Phonogram, and a new name: Flaming Youth.

Their album Ark II, was premiered at the London Planetarium and received lots of favorable press, but musical differences and a lack of commercial success soon meant it was time to answer another Melody Maker ad, this time from a struggling young band from Surrey, called Genesis.
