Roberto Montoya-Mejía "Diva" Original Framed Painting

Roberto Montoya-Mejía is a contemporary Colombian artist. Born in Fredonia, a small town in the coffee growing region of Colombia, Mejía taught himself to draw in a private library in another small town just outside of Medellín. He immigrated to the United States in 1963, and launched his career as a professional artist in San Francisco. Featured on multiple news broadcasts, Mejía's art has been observed by the public at over 40 solo shows. His work is inspired by the intersection between the rich mythology of his birthplace and the Spanish Jesuit education he received.

The original piece measures 32" x 40.5" in size. Please note, the frame shows some minor warping.
