1984 "Romancing The Stone" Factory Sealed VHS Tape (Beckett 9.4)

Factory sealed "Romancing The Stone" Fox Video tape. Features a circa early 1984 slipcover, backside watermarks and does not have a UPC sticker attached to the seal.

A romance novelist, Joan Wilder (Kathleen Turner), embarks on a dangerous journey to acquire a map for antiques smuggler Ralph (Danny DeVito) who has kidnapped her sister. Teaming up with the ripped-from-a-dimestore book cover adventurer Jack T. Colton (Michael Douglas), they brave the wilds of the jungle. Amidst the chaos, unexpected love blossoms, transforming her life and inspiring her to embrace adventure beyond her stories.

The film flopped at the box office, but was given new life after its VHS release. The copy featured here was produced the same year of the film's theatrical release.
