"**Tom Griffin – Hand-Signed 3x5 Index Card – Inscribed ""Doolittle Raiders"" – Encapsulated by PSA/DNA**

This 3x5 index card bears the hand-signed autograph of World War II hero Tom Griffin, along with the inscription ""Doolittle Raiders."" Griffin was one of the legendary Doolittle Raiders, the brave airmen who carried out the daring raid on Tokyo on April 18, 1942, a pivotal moment in the Pacific Theater of WWII.

Tom Griffin, born in 1916, served as a navigator on the B-25 bombers that took part in the Doolittle Raid, the first air raid to strike the Japanese mainland during World War II. Volunteering for this top-secret mission, Griffin and his fellow raiders launched their B-25 bombers from the deck of the USS Hornet, knowing they would have to land in uncharted territory after their mission. Despite incredible odds, Griffin and his crew successfully completed their bombing run over Tokyo and crash-landed in China. The raid provided a much-needed morale boost for the United States and demonstrated that Japan was not invulnerable to air attack.

Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, this signed index card serves as a powerful connection to one of the most daring and historically significant air operations of World War II. A remarkable addition for collectors of WWII and aviation memorabilia."

The autograph(s) has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA for authenticity purposes.
