Lithograph measures approximately 22.5" x 28" in size. Hand-signed in pencil and features thumbprints by Luis Gonzalez (Arizona Diamondbacks) as well as the original artist Brent Benger. The lithograph is a limited edition and has been hand-numbered #38/200.
Luis Gonzalez is a former Major League Baseball outfielder. Gonzalez spent his best years with the Arizona Diamondbacks and was one of the most popular players in the organization's history. He delivered the game-winning hit in Game 7 of the 2001 World Series off Mariano Rivera of the New York Yankees to give the Diamondbacks their first and only World Series championship to date.
Brent Benger specializes in storytelling through his artwork, focusing on the interactions and traditions that make the people of our country uniquely American. From 1986 through 1988, Brent studied at the world-renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. There, he learned the importance of detail, design and draftsmanship in the storytelling process.
The autograph includes an official James Spence Authentication (JSA) hologram and matching COA for authenticity purposes.
